My motivation to change something for the better.

I am a Cradle to Cradle advocate.

I believe that we can solve the environmental crisis of our time. How can we tackle climate change, desertification and starvation of large populations?

With Cradle to Cradle, a design concept which takes nature as role model. Products are designed to be recycled —  in either biological or technical cycles. Waste becomes obsolete. Materials are nutrient for new products.

My involvement

Who founded the Cradle to Cradle design principle? 
The Cradle to Cradle design concept was founded in the 80s by the US American architect William McDonough and German chemist Michael Braungart. Today, there are more than 11,000 products which are Cradle to Cradle Certified.

Who certifies?

There is the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute as an independent institution as well as the EPEA in Hamburg, Germany.

In summer 2020 my sister and I founded changemaking.now. Our aim to is to make it as easy as possible for you to find the right products. We are "The Online Search Engine for Cradle to Cradle Certified Products".
